Pat Ferguson and friend

The inspiration for the name ROSEMARY HOUSE was a very vibrant lady called Rosemary Middleton. She was the very first client when Mediterranean Quality Care Nursing Services started in 1995. She was a very well known personality among the English Community in Mallorca, who loved to play the organ at Santa Ponsa Community Church and was often involved in fund raising. She always wore a smile, despite being in considerable pain whilst fighting bravely, yet in vain, against terminal bone cancer. It was Rosemary's determination to try to fight her illness, and her pursuance of me to provide this service to others, that inspired me to expand the quality of care to all residents.
