DIFFERENT TREAMENT
SHOPPING & MEALS Many elderly or disabled people living on their own do not eat adequately for the simple reason: They cannot get to the shops easily, or are no longer capable of preparing and cooking a good meal. Mediterranean Quality Care can provide a carer to go shopping for you or to take you to the shops, with a wheelchair if needed, and can then visit daily, cooking a hot meal and leaving a fresh salad or cold meal to be heated in a microwave for the evening.
Whilst there, the carer can make sure that medications are taken correctly, and ensure that if you are running low, more can be bought or collected from the doctor, taking you to the doctor for check-ups and routine visits, translating if you do not speak Spanish. ANTE- AND POST NATAL CARE Mediterranean Quality Care can offer midwives to help you with antenatal advice if you are expecting a baby. We can discuss with you in the privacy and comfort of your own home, all aspects of pregnancy, labour, and care of yourself and your baby after delivery.
